Founder & Author
Jara Pascual is founder and CEO of collabwith and co-founder of knowco. Host of Podcast “People behind innovation, technology and knowledge” and Podcast “Business of Collaboration”. Altogether, she has worked for 15 years in Innovation Management transformingl innovation culture and carrying out projects within the fashion and technology industry in companies and innovation centers. As a true entrepreneur, she founded the site espanolaenmunich.com to help expats in Germany. She is author of the children book “Rafael and Virginia are moving to Germany”, and has written innovation articles for online magazines. Having lived in Spain, France, Germany and now in the Netherlands, she is a telecom engineer with an international background who in 2018 received her MBA at Rotterdam School of Management.
Trainer & Psychologist
Celia Avila-Rauch is PhD on Medical Psychology and Master Behavioral Science at University Autonomous of Barcelona. Medicine Faculty and certified by European Certificate Psychotherapy, World Certificate Psychotherapy, Certificate as Supervisor in cognitive behavior Orientation in Munich, Germany. She specialized on emotional intelligence by the EI Skills Group at Yale University Certificate MSCEIT ™ Mayer-Salovey-Caruso Emotionally Intelligence. She is actively working with the European branch PER LAB in Florence, Italy. She is also trained with Alba Emoting and Breath Xpress techniques. She is passionate of see, the mountains and the cosmos, as well as interculturality. Currently, she is living in Munich, Germany.
Irene Lopez de Vallejo
Irene Lopez de Vallejo is an expert in blockchain, AI, technology, innovation and collaborations. She is working at Ocean Protocal and is a former founder of GivingStreets. She is an Industrial sociologist with exceptional experience in social, spatial and technology research in organisations. Skilled in developing new methodological tools to study social interaction in complex buildings, including the use of GIS techniques and software. PhD in Architecture by Research – VIVA scheduled by December 2009 – at The Bartlett, School of Graduate Studies, University College London, in the use of location tracking technologies to study informal interaction in organisations. She is strong project management abilities, experience working in international multidiscipline research groups. Combined expertise and interest in human behaviour, pervasive computing and workplace design. Currently, she is living in London.
